This restaurant is a total gem. I took my notoriously fussy 85 year old Japanese mother who refuses to go to most Japanese restaurants in the UK as she's always disappointed/horrified. But no complaints here, ingredients were excellent quality and the flavours sublime. Definitely will be returning. It's only got about 3 tables so book before you go. You won't be disappointed.

Wow, what an amazing experience. The food was out of this world and the service was amazing. It is small so book in advance and do message you order so they can make sure it’s super fresh. Highly recommend

We had wanted to go to this restaurant for a long time and it didn’t disappoint. We both ordered the 5-course tasting menu. Tsubaki for me and the vegetarian option Aoi for my wife. Both great and good value. Will be back again!

A hidden gem! We enjoyed our Friday date night here, the food was lovely and you could tell that a lot of thought was put into the menu. Ingredients were fresh and high quality, flavours were unique and unlike what we have experienced before in the UK. Portions were generous. Cosy atmosphere and highly recommended. Would definitely be back again soon!

My partner and I have been coming to Nikko Sushi regularly for a few months now, and it has become our go-to place for when we want to enjoy a meal out. The food is always fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and you can tell it has been prepared with a great deal of care. Best Japanese restaurant I’ve tried so far. It’s a gem tucked away in Bebington. Loved every dish, all of the food is delicious and fresh. The staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is great. Have already been here three times, and will be returning again very soon!

This dinner is in a short trip with my wife at Liverpool. We plan to find a japanese restaurant for dinner. Found Nikko Shshi in google map with very good reviews. So, why not to have a try. We ordered sashimi donburi, tempura, …. tastes are so wonderful that over our expectations.
Although the restaurant is quite new, but the chef said that he has many years experience in working as the chef in Japanese restaurant. That gives us confidence to enjoy sashimi and other food here.

The problem with having sushi here is that it will raise the bar and you will struggle to enjoy sushi from anywhere else. This was the best sushi i've had in ages. They were also very kind, the service is excellent.

A little gem nestled in Bebington village. The food is fresh and tastes sublime. A veritable feast for all your senses. Friendly and efficient service with a smile. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Tasting is believing.
